the final fluff has come for kassi. now all is ready, if i can just get these prefolds broken in!

i got 12 more infant ubcpfs and 12 preemie ubcpfs

the preemie ones are unspeakably tiny, and everyone in the household agrees they will never fit one of my babies. ill have to update, soon! but oh i needed to have them! little tiny diapers...

but the real gem was this set from Cotton Pickin Creations! jamie is local to me, and is such a great WAHM, she put this in special for kassi! i am very impressed and smitten with it!

i am due in a week! every night i hope i wake in labor. and, i have listed it before but now that it is complete, kassi's stash consists of:

12 preemie ubcpfs
24 infant ubcpfs
20 or 24 hemp and organic cotton doublers
1 german tying nappy
2 snap ins i made myself

48 newborn sized fitteds
24 small fitteds

14 or 15 wool covers, 2 of these are knitted soakers and 4 of these are smalls.

oh, all of that cute little fluff ALMOST makes me ready for a newborn!

That set Jamie made is adorable, I love it! I'm sure you will post photos of your little one in that.

Oh everything is so sweet and tiny!!!! You are having her at home? Are you planning on in the tub or somewhere else? I cant wait to hear all about it!

Oh -- totally off topic buy I am from the bay area and visit my parents in N. Cal often. I would love to come by on our next trip and pick up an order!

Of course it would be a while from now so I wouldnt be bugging you in the super newborn stage! LOL!

yes, we are having her in our kozy little apt. we have a big old bathtub and i may want to be in there, i am not sure.

max'smami, if youre in the area sometimes id love to meet a fellow mdc mama! you know where to find me when you plan a visit, :LOL

i cant wait to share my story here. i didnt 'find' mdc until my son was a couple of weeks old. recently all the newborn threads have been making me so jealous! soon, it will be my turn!!

Oh! Such a beautiful stash and it's so exciting to think of a new baby arriving any day now. It makes me all teary-eyed! I will be thinking of you and wishing you the best for you and Kassi.

thanks thanks thanks!

all the diapers, with the exception of the prefolds and the little german nappy, i made myself. the blue and rust fitteds are made from organic cotton fleece.

all the covers are homemade too, except for:

1 nb marigold fuzbomb

1 nb marigold soaker
1 nb red/blue knitted soaker
1 nb nikky cover
