I have been breastfeeding Ivan all day every day for over 13 months. I have been and remain "all touched out." I really need to understand that others feel this way and a way to explain it to Ivan's Dad.

Can you help me?

I totally can relate. Somedays I want to scream if DH tries to touch me cuz I feel like I ant MY body to be mine for a little while. i have no idea how to explain it though cuz I have tried to tell Dh I was touched out and he got offended. I understand why of course, there is a big difference between how he touches and how DS touches but still.... maybe try to explain if he would give you a littel alone time after DS goes to bed, say a half hour bath or soemthing, than you will be ready for husband time. That usually helsp me so I can transition from mommy mindset, ya know?

I have NO desire to be touched at all. DH has a really hard time with it. Yesterday MIL had the kids so we could get a new dryer. We were home alone and i felt so uncomfortable with DH. He is such a good guy and I love him it just bothers me to be touched. I always think there is something wrong with me. After dd it took a good 9 months to get back in the swings of it. This time it is totally different I don't want it at all.

I don't have much advice just that you are definitely not alone!

Thanks, I knew I was not alone, but I just had to hear it from you all myself. I NEVER want to be touched by anyone except the little one and that does get to be a bit much, especially when I am not "allowed" to even turn over in bed.

What are we gonna do? Dada is so nice and understanding and I do love him I just can't show it. It gives me the hibbie gibbies!
