We're finally getting to spring in northern WI... My usual spring routine has always included Claritin and Flonase nasal spray, but I've been struggling with low milk supply. Anyone know if these meds will reduce supply? I'm getting pretty miserable without ANY meds... but don't want to risk losing the supply I've worked so hard for!

They should be fine, as long as you avoid the Claritin-D. Pseudoephedrine will tank your milk supply. Regular Claritin is fine.
