I'm looking at water filters that remove fluoride. Most have High Grade Activated Alumina. According to Wikipedia, "Activated alumina is manufactured from aluminium hydroxide and ... can easily reduce fluoride levels from .5 ppm to less than .1 ppm." Do I really want my water running through alumina?

I know some people are fans of reverse osmosis, but then I would have to add back minerals, correct?
