So DD (5 mo) has been ECed since 2 weeks, and we'd been doing pretty well- I'd say about 85% of pees and nearly all poos caught. She does not signal that she needs to go, so it's all timing and intuition for us.

Recently, she's been sitting on the potty and doing nothing, and then peeing in her diaper 5 minutes later. This usually happens before noon, and it's driving me nuts! (I know, I just need to relax, but it's frustrating.) She still does okay with the first morning pee and most after nap pees, even if it is before noon. But the after eating and other pees are often in the dipe. Anyone experience this or have any ideas on how to handle it?

This is really normal! The only way I caught those pees when my dd did that was to have her on a blanket or something, and just know that she was going to go. Then I'd put the diaper on after she did go. That seemed to work for us! When I read here that it was normal, that it shows she's learning to hold it, that was helpful, too!
