I am soo excited. I think I just lost my plug this morning. I know it doesn't mean anything, but at exactly 38 weeks. I am ready to meet this little person inside me. I went to the bathroom this morning, and the TP got some green mucous stringy thing, and then I wipe again coz' I felt like there is more, and there it is. it's pink/brown in color... Sorry this might be TMI. But, I can't help it. This is our first and i need to pack a hospital bag just in case i need to transfer. and I am still working today, at least remotely from home... Oh my... we are going to meet our baby soon.

Good luck! Though, this is our first baby, too, and I lost my plug at 38 weeks almost 10 days ago...and I am most certainly still pregnant

For me it was exactly a week between losing my plug and giving birth (first baby). With my third, it was about 18 hours between losing my plug and giving birth. Either way, it's exciting to know that something is happening and your body is getting ready for labor! Have a beautiful birth!

I've lost 3 plugs per pregnancy so far. With my 1st it was almost 3 weeks between 1st plug and birth, with my 2nd it was over 3 weeks, and so far this time it's been 4 weeks and I expect it to be at least another week to baby. Though, my plugs weren't blood tinged. Good luck grazy, hopefully it will be sooner rather than later.

first baby here...I didn't see any mucus, but at 38w3d I had a tiny bit of spotting starting around 6pm which did ended up being the start of my labor. contractions were 5 min apart by midnight and baby was born just after 4am.

Nothing, nada... Just a lot of BHs that is making me even more uncomfortable. At least I am not working today and staying in bed and probably won't be working tomorrow and next week, i will be on maternity leave. I know I am supposed to walk around but I am just too tired for it. Family are calling too often and asking for stats or telling me they dreamed about the baby. I am just about to give it to them. I can only stand when my sister call. Sorry for being so whining... I can never imagine how bad the last weeks of pregnancy can be. I thought the first tri was bad... HA!

oh Lori, that's great. 10 hours from start to the baby. DH kept saying we will have a short labor (at least that's what he hope for), and I kept telling him, I will happily take 12.
