Is it OK for a 2-yr old?
He's a former vegan (I'm still vegan - so while I know enough vegan nutrition, I don't know the slightest thing about eggs) who still doesn't do dairy. He eats all fruit and veg + fish and eggs.
But lately he's on a kick where he wants an egg for dinner every night. Part of it is the fun of cooking it - he gets to crack it, he gets to dump kelp over it, etc.
Anyway, do I need to worry about cholesterol (or anything else) at his age?
