I'm not sure about the etiquette of this group but I thought I would give a quick into so I can join!
I'm Meredith and I'm in my 14th week - I'm due on 9/21 with my second child. I am super excited to be here but still a bit hesitant too.
I have a long history of m/c's - I had three before my daughter was born last year. So this is my fifth pregnancy - ugh. However this one seems to be progressing great so I am beginning to believe that I am going to have another baby.
Overall I feel really great. I am having a lot of back pain but I am trying to encourage my daughter to walk more on her own rather than me carrying her - and that is helping a lot!
I am just about ending my first season as a WAHM. It has been a wild year filled with more work that I think I anticipated however my business has given me the gift of time with Piper and I wouldn't change it for anything. This baby is due just as next season will be in full swing so I'm still not sure how that is going to work out but I'll figure it out when the time comes

I had a great birth expierence with my daughter with my midwife, a doula, and my husband present in a hospital (I don't think they do homebirths here in NJ). I am still on the fence about whether or not to have the doula back with this one - but I am leaning towards having her. My husband is great - and he tries hard but I kind of feel like we need another woman to back him up - and I am pretty sure he agrees too.
Anyhow, I am super excited about being here, getting to know all of you and sharing in the magic of the next few months!
