Ok, I found some organic sateen fabric. Ouch! It's about $18 for a yard of 54" wide stuff. It looks just delicious, but I think that's going to be about $6 per diaper for one layer of this on the bum. What would you pay for an all organic dipe? How important is the feel to you? The stretchiness? Anyone like wovens as opposed to knits? Does anyone out there make all-organic diapers with print organic outers?

Hey, Kim, I JUST saw another thread about organic sateen from this morning I think. Take a look, because they were talking about that sort of thing...

Hope that helps!

For me, the feel of the diaper is what it's all about, and I would definitely pay more for a soft oc dipe. My whole cloth diaper journey has been a quest to find the softest organic cotton diaper. If sateen turns out to be IT, I will replace my whole stash with it!
