I understand that seeing a chiropracter can be scary, but rest assured getting adjusted is a non threatening experience. I was also a little nervous when I went in for my first prenatal adjustment but if you have a chiro that you trust you really don't have anything to worry about.

I am planning to see my chiro today and can't wait to feel a relief of the pressure in my back!
