This would be for the kind that is more like a cookie (sweet) than a cracker.
Here is the deal. DS loves this one type, but it has hydrogenated oils (of course) and that doesn't thrill me. They are smooth, crunchy, and do not crumb-- ie: not like Keebler. I imagine this is the reason they are very low in fat compared to others.
All the recipes I have seen have a lot of butter. I have tried to concoct my own several times but with no real success. I can't seem to get anything crunchie w/o winding up w/something as hard as a rock. So... any suggestions, recipes?
