anitbiotic for ear injury?
Our 28 month old took a Q-tip and jabbed it into his ear. One hour later, blood began trickling out. We took him into the doctor who examined ear and said blood had clouted inside and thus
recommended an antibiotic. He prescribed Zinnat, which I understand is all-purpose.
We've refused antibiotic treatments from this particular medical
centre before and are still alive and well, but we get worried about any possible infection in the head area.
Does anyone have any experience with Zinnat?
Any advice on this particular injury?
