Ladies- I need some advice.

I am currently TTCing #1 and I'm having some serious LP issues (7-10 days with spotting 1-3 days before AF).

I went to a CNM and she just told me to relax and try to have fun
: I'm thinking of getting a second opinion.

Does anyone have a CNM or OB/GYN who is connected with U-M Hospital that you can recommend? I have MCARE insurance, so I need to stick with a U-M provider. Someone who can read a
: is preferred.

Thanks so much, I just feel so lost

I can't be of much help unless you want to drive about an hour... Dr. Sarvis is with M Care, but she is on Woodward in Bloomfield Hills (I think). I had Emma with her & would highly reccomend her care. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help. We just moved to this area and I haven't found a new OB/GYN.

Have you tried the Couple to Couple League? There are at least a couple of teaching couples in the area who are very well versed in reading charts, and could certainly be of help to you. I believe the website is www.ccli.org you will, at the very least, find a phone number there for the main office, which can give you the names of a couple near you. Generally, they are free. Again, they have spent a minimum of a year charting themselves, and then another year learning to teach it and interpret others' charts. If they are stymied, they'll usually send it on to the home office. I've yet to see them stymied! Good luck.
