So I finally found a way to get my youngest son to eat leafy greens. I steam them, puree them and mix them into popsicles with other goodies. But lately his stools have a greenish tinge to them (they are otherwise normal). Does this indicate he's not digesting the greens all that well? Should a 3 year old be able to digest greens fairly well, or is it normal to see green coming out of him (it is fair amount of greens he's getting these days)? Maybe he knows something I don't when he refuses just about all veggies? What would you do with this information? Keep giving the green popsicles, or reduce them, or eliminate them?
