I heard from the diaper fairy today and she was wondering who is expecting a new babe and hasn't been fairied yet? Apparently she has some newborn fluff and would like to know what you are planning on using, what you need, and if you would like boy, girl or gender neutral?

She asked me to post this question so she could remain anonymous.

I fit that description! I plan on using fitteds with wool or fleece covers, and AIO's. Gender neutral would work best for me, but I'm not super picky about gender colors.

This is the first newborn I get to diaper, didn't start with ds until he was a year old. Now I just have to wait until mid-July to put it into action!

ugh, I'm preggo (due july or aug), but I'm not on the list yet. I emailed my info a few days ago. There are lots of preggo mommas on the list though

I fit that description, too! I'm due with a little boy in October. (Actually, they're expecting him to be huge!) Right now I'm planning on using preemie CPFs and some Kissaluvs 0 Colors with newborn Proraps (that's what I have so far). I am on the hunt for a fleece cover or two also, but wool would work, too! I'm not picky...I'll try anything! I would love anything boyish-looking, as I've already done the whole "girly" thing. Thanks for passing on the word for the Fairy!

I'm expecting in about a week (or whenever he decides to come)! This is my very first baby, and I'm planning on using fitteds and covers (pul and wool) mostly. I'm really excited to start my cloth-diapering career!

Oh, and I'm having a boy, so we're shying away from pink and flowers.

I have recieved a package from the diaper fairy, but I just wanted to say that if by any chance you have a FCB AIO sz 0, I would sure like to buy it from you. My skinny babe fits into them PERFECTLY with room to grow some, too.
Thanks...
Hmmm, does this mean I'm offering to buy from the diaper fairy!?!?

You're one nice mama to ask for all the expecting mamas so you'll know who needs what!

Is asking to buy from the diaper fairy the equivalent of bribery? Do we need fairy godmother intervention? Where oh where are you fairy godmothers... :LOL

I am expecting a little one early fall...gender unknown till birth. I don't mind things that lean to one gender or the other though, just probably no pink. Other than that, we would be overjoyed to get anything!

We plan to use newborn fitteds, AIOs, and wool covers. We don't have very much of anything though.

OMG! I am committed a crime against humanity/fairy relations!?!?! I probably am, aren't I!?!? Ok, I take back my offer to buy anything. (For the record, I wasn't at all looking to be fairied, I'd just really like to get a sz0 however I can!!!) Click on MyFamily link in my sig and you'll see her wearing the one I have.

Spark, I spoke with the diaper fairy. She forgives your moment of insanity. She apparently has herself committed a few acts of madness in the name of fluffymail. Perhaps we should blame this entire incident on the fm mammas.

Btw, if she comes across any size 0s, you'll be the first to know.

I'm expecting the beginning of August. I wrote 3 weeks ago to be put on the list but still haven't been, so I've got to update my info and try again.

I just sent my info today (I'm eligible as of this week!). I'm expecting my first babe in early November! We're going gender neutral, and we don't really have a system yet. I'm thinking mostly CPFs/snappis and about a dozen fitteds. As of now, I have about five fitteds and four NB covers. I haven't been fairied (obviously ) but I know other mamas have been on the list longer than me, and I have quite awhile before the lil one is here. Diaper fairying is so much fun!

I am expecting my second baby sometime in August. Gender unknown.

I like fitteds or contour diapers (I actually *like* my pins), and wrap-style covers (I don't like pull-ons for a newborn).

I just joined these boards this week, and I've quickly grown addicted. I CD'd DS (now 13 months) at the newborn stage with CPFs, Proraps, Bummis SWW and some FBs. I'd love to find out about Nanipoos or other great newborn dipes. I didn't love my KL size 1, but maybe I'd love the KL size O??? I also had ME OS, but didn't care for those either so they're gone...

Oh, I'm due in early December. The kids will be 19 months apart, so I'm thinking one size might be a good idea? Perhaps the diaper fairy knows best...
