I picked some of this up at the health food store - the midwife said it might help when I mentioned it because it has progesterone in it.<br><br>
I put 30 drops in some water and slug it down (then slug down more water to get rid of the taste) about 4-5 times per day.<br><br>
I could notice an immediate change right then in the nausea. I was surprised. It gave me a weird feeling in my stomach, but I found it's supposed to immediately relax the stomach, so that's why it felt that way.<br><br>
I don't know if it's why I had a better day today, but for those of us with the 24/7 sickies (or any of us with m/s) it's yet another helper to fight the nausea.
