o.k., so I'm going back to work 3 times a week. Do I have to pump every time I get home? How much do I have to pump.... as much milk as dd takes through the bottle or more? Do I pump when I get home and save that for the next time and so on? I just don't want my supply to go down.

You need to pump as often as dd would eat. If she eats every 3 hours and you are working a 6 hour shift, pump twice. You can't really pump too much. I find having a back up stash is reassuring for me. So if you pump monday, give that to her tuesday or the next time you work. In the fridge, bm is good for 7 days. Once it's frozen, when you defrost it you have to use it in 24 hours. So try to pump each day for the next day. Hope to help.
