The main thing is that she would stop gaining weight at an appropriate rate. She might be extra fussy, but lots of things could make a baby fussy so that's harder to tell from. At any rate, it's not a problem until she isn't growing; she'll just want to suck more and your supply will increase. Things will probably be just fine; no point borrowing trouble from the future!

i'm starting wellbutrin today and want to make sure i know how to be on the look-out for potential supply issues...
what are the signs? how would i know my supply was dwindling? i just ask because baby nursing a lot is NOT one
