<p>Do you have any advice on how to bring back my supply?</p>
<p>I have 9 month old Twins, and older children and basically, was forced to give up before I wanted to.</p>
<p>I want to bring back my supply, I have a Tommee Tippee electric pump, shall I just pump?</p>
<p>How long do you pump for and how long should this process take?</p>
<p>Is there any herbal medication or suchlike that can help speed the process along?</p>

<p>You should get a double electric pump (preferable a hospital grade pump).  Fenugreek is one supplement that helps as well as brewer's yeast.  You should pump for 15 to 20 minutes every 2 hours.  Skin to Skin contact may also help.</p>

<p>Lots of Fenugreek more then you would think ( at least thats what I did / what my Dr told me to do for low supley )  and frequnt stimulation baby or pump and lots of water</p>
