I bought almost all my diapers about 8 months ago. I bought some new and some off the trading post. I can't remember what I paid. Now I need to sell my newborn dipes and covers. I don't know how much to ask. All are in excellent condition, most look like they've never even been used. Any advice on pricing?

One way I price my diapers is to look the same kind up on ebay and see what they are selling for. I then price mine slightly lower b/c I want the TP mamas to get a good deal.

You can also use the 50% rule which holds true for most diapers. If they are in good condition they should sell for about 50% of the new price . . unless they are hard to get hyenas. Another way to do it is to set a price and if they don't sell, just reduce the price until they do.

I am in the process of buying a newborn/small stash right now and while I am not experienced in pricing, I am becoming experienced in buying (I think!!). I look up what they are selling on Ebay for and also what I can buy them at regular sites for. I have seen some people prices their Proraps at $5-6 ea. and I know I can get seconds for $4 ea so I won't pay that. Same thing with kissaluvs I know I can get seconds and I've seen people selling their seconds for more than those go for on their website. Unfortunately, I cannot see the TP yet or I would love to see what you are selling!!!!

WOW - I think I spent waaaaay too much on a lot of them then.

: I remember thinking that and being told nb dipes are hard to find so basically you pay up when you can find them. I have someone locally who may want a few of them but she wants to know what I want for them.
