I know I read a discussion about this a while back, but I can't find the thread. Does anyone have any reccommendations? Someone mentioned one book that was specifically about homebirth, I'd love to find that and any others that DS (2 1/2) would enjoy.
Last night he asked me if the baby could come out of my mouth and play with his choo-choo train for a while. I said the baby wasn't ready to come out and play yet, and he insisted that he would help the baby and put him/her back when they were finished
I thought maybe a good book would help him understand it a little more!
This is the one that's been most highly recommended to me. It looks just beautiful. Also, Amazon has a neat list under similiar books for this one.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...849199-6672665

THAT'S THE ONE!!! Thanks so much Claire. I tried searching on Amazon in the children's book section, but when I typed in birth none of the books were what I had in mind, and when I typed in babies about 32000 books came up, mostly about animal babies or books 'for' babies.
Thanks again,
FYI for those who can't/don't want to do the link, it's called "Welcome with Love" and it just about the most beautiful children's book ever. Makes me cry every time.
