Hi

We currently live in nyack, new york but maybe moving to connecticut for my husbands work. The office is in old greenwich so we would need to be as close to there as possible. I am fearful that i wont find any holistic down to earth mothers.

Does anyone have any suggestions for areas they like??

There's a discussion board for parents in Connecticut called Families for Conscious Living CT that is a gathering place for folks across the range of crunchy. They host playgroups and information about local activism, movie nights, Mothers' Nights Out. You might find some local families that way. www.fclct.org/discussions
