I've had (and DH too) lots of different insurance companies over the years. I say lots b/c many companies change providers every so often.<br><br>
I have yet to see the refusal of recommended treatment or medication as reason stated for termination of coverage.

I need to double-check to be sure, but I'm fairly certain I read in our policy that vax would be covered <b>only</b> if received on the recommended schedule, i.e., if you wanted to delay they won't cover them. But we've not been asked about vax status by our insurer.
