I have a bazillion Cooking Light, quite a few Parents, and at least a handful of Mothering back issues. ETA: I also have a year or two of Discipleship Journal and Saveur (gourmet cooking). I really need to get these out of the way, so if there's interest, I can try to post what all I have.<br><br>
Asking $1/issue, plus shipping. Flat Rate Envelopes are $4.60/ea and can handle 2-6 mags, depending on which ones they are. A Flat Rate Box is $8.95 and can hold at least 12-18 mags. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"><br><br>

I just *stuffed* 5 Cooking Light in an envelope - absolutely the maximum, and 4 is safer. The last one I put in is slightly smaller than the others, which is probably why it fit. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br><br>
They end up being cheaper (per issue) when going with a Flat Rate Box and a bunch of them. I can fit at least 15 in a box, and possibly 18, and shipping is $8.95. Now THAT will give ya a great start on eating light! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up">

Magazines can't go media mail, as they contain advertisements. Specifically forbidden. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> Books, documents, etc., are allowed, though.

Yup... I do have a bunch of kids books I'd like to get rid of, though, if anyone wants a nice media mail shipment! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">

What are the topics of the Discipleship Journals? (Just an overview, I mean.) I may be interested in those... was just wishing for a subscription!
