Want to make my own flour. I cannot afford one of those fancy shmancy lovely grain grinders. Can I use something else? I have a coffee grinder....would that work? Thanks!!!

I grind my grains in my vitamix. I really don't think that a coffee grinder will work - my old one could barely break the hull of flax seeds.

You can also spend a little extra and buy sprouted flour...
