Put some music on and dance. DD loves it when I dance, either holding her or around her while she sits on the floor.

Go for a ride in the car. Walk around the mall, or other a/c'd place. Go to the library. Set up a tent in the house. Go to a friend's. On not so hot days, go to the park, zoo. Go to the beach/pool. Set up the sprinkler or a kiddie pool. That's all I can think of right now. Good luck!

We got the Baby Play book by Gymboree. There's also Mommy & Me (yellow & purple book), and slow and steady get me ready. Lots of activities for mommy & baby info in those books. Try activities books at your library.

Or get a book on baby yoga or baby massage. Hunter loves it.

Also the ideas above are great! I can't think of anything else right now.
