I have been feeling "off" all day.
I called my MW and tried to get in to see her today but she was on her way to a birth, so I talked to her about how I felt- room spinning kinda like I'm high but definitely not a good feeling.

I had my sugars tested 3 weeks ago and everything was great. My BP is usually right on, and I've had no protein in my urine at any appt. The only thing I can think of is lack of good sleep....would this make a pregnant woman dizzy?
I have trouble sleeping from the back pain that I have(see my chiro. tomorrow)
so in this past week I may have gotten a good 20 hours. Not enough in my eyes.
Is anyone else suffering from dizzy spells?

I have been having the dizzy spells...mw told me it is probably due to low protein and iron...I too did fine on the GD test ad BP is fine...however my iron is low and apparantly low protein has a similar effect as well. They told me to up the protein to 80-100g/day and also increase the iron...HTH..

How are you feeling today? Any better? I would increase the protein as well, and make sure your iron is on track...

Thanks girls! I tried posting last night but the server was wonky....:
Anyway, it took a good 7 hours for me to feel like myself again but after a very high protein meal last night I felt remarkably better. It just might be protein intake. I haven't been interested in protein lately so I'm sure my intake is half of what it used to be. I'm going to keep an eye on that and my water consumption and see if that helps.
Thank you for all your responses!

And Shanana...I had a good belly laugh when I read your post- thank you
Take Care everyone!

Glad to hear you're feeling better . I know I can get pretty loopy when I don't have enough protein and my blood sugar drops low, so maybe that's what was going on.

June girl here but I saw the post and had to chime in
Last 2 days I have had that horrible light headed cold faint feelings too:
Usually when I get this way it means my iron is low so I ordered me some Floradix iron today and will start adding that to my vitamins to see if that levels things out for me:
