My hubby and I just came back to our home in Florida after being gone to have our babies up north. We have a pool and our twins are 4 mos. We've heard about a safety system which includes a bracelet the babies wear that would sound off in the event they fell into the pool.
Does anybody have info on this and where we would buy?

On page 30 of Pinch a Penny's pool guide, they say they carry the child wrist band method of safety.

If you have a Pinch a Penny store in your area, I'd call them and see if they carry it or can order it for you.

Or here's a Safety Turtle system:

Personally, I think the first thing you should do is put up a child safety fence.
We have the type of removable mesh tension fence that they show on this page.

The installer comes and drills some holes in your deck, places the sections of fence and you're good to go. Definitely call around to every installer you can and check out all the different rates. When I got my fence, the quotes with installation ranged from $1800 to $450...we went with $450 in the end and are very happy with our fence. Now that the children are older, we don't even have it up all the time. It is easy to remove and compact to store, then easy to put up again when smaller children come to visit.

You might decide to go for having a fence AND a water motion alarm and perhaps a wrist band alarm...but the wrist bands only work if the children are actually wearing them. Since your babies have just been born, perhaps you should start with a safety fence by the time they are crawling.

Congratulations!
