My SIL and friend want me to extend my OAMC sessions to include assembling freezer dinners for them. They'd pay me for ingredients and labor. About $7-10 a dinner.

Has anybody here heard of such a thing? Has anybody here done it? Any advice?
There is a place similar to your idea here in Boise. I saw their ad someplace, and looked at their site, but of course cant remember it.

The way it worked, you went to their kitchen, paid a certain price, to use their facility and ingredients and assemble the number of meals you chose.
I think its a good idea. They said you could do it with friends, like a girls night out deal..
That is a new trend around here too. I like the idea, but around here it is just mainstream foods. I would llove to see some special themed nights like
1) diabetes meals
2) heart healthy meals
3) zone meals
4) gluten free/ dairy free meals
5) low allergen meals
6) vegetarian meals
and so on. If I participated in something like that I would love to see those types of options. So far everyone around here just does the traditional american meals times 12.

www.letsdish.com might be worth looking at. I go and make my own, but they will do it for you for an extra fee. they also have loads of pre made meals in their freezer but they are about $25 each. HTH!
