There is a place similar to your idea here in Boise. I saw their ad someplace, and looked at their site, but of course cant remember it.
The way it worked, you went to their kitchen, paid a certain price, to use their facility and ingredients and assemble the number of meals you chose.
I think its a good idea. They said you could do it with friends, like a girls night out deal..
