Or am I all alone? I don't have any particular questions, I'm just wondering if anyone else is doing it.

Well we were to begin with, but we only have a queen size bed. So, with my daughter sleeping right next to hubby...well she hurts his back. He has a really bad back, and she is the type of girl that likes to be right up your behind when sleeping so it really does bother his back. Right now he is working the late shift and is gone 11pm-7am so currently I am sleeping with the youngest two. LOL This will go on for the next 3 months.

Hi

I am also cosleeping with 2(a 4 yr old and 1 yr old) and it is the most convenient arrangement for me. Eventhough i get into some awkward positions in the middle of the nite with both
the kids locking me between them, i enjoy the feeling of going to bed with them
and waking up with them. We have a King size bed and have been doing fine with
myself, kids and hubby so far. I wondered how i would manage this when i was
about to have my second one but it has worked out just fine.

Peace & Love!

Yup!

They both start out in thier beds (4 and a half and almost 2).

They both end up in our beds somewhere around 2 am.

I don't mind. We have a pretty big bed and I find myself moving them over if I don't have enough room. If me or dh have a hard time sleeping, we'll move to another room.

It just doesn't bother us. When it does, (if it does) we'll find a solution for it.

I find myself wondring what will happen when a #3 comes along

Yes, us too. DD is 4, DS 2.5. I am expecting another in December and while I'll encourage DD to move out, I'm not forcing the issue.

nods
my almost 4yo does start out in her own bed but joins us in the middle of the night. I have 11mo ds in bed with me and dh and the two dogs, then when dd joins us dh and the dogs sometimes go sleep in her bed lol - depending on how wild the kids are sleeping.

My four year old starts out in her own bed, comes into ours at about 1 am. Kicks dh out to the guestroom, then my nine month old wakes up for a nurse and spends about five hours with us. For some reason the baby likes to sleep on her own after her last nurse. It's like musical beds at our place!

I'm co-sleeping with 9 month old twins. They go to bed in their cribs (which are right next to our bed) before we do and then wake up anywhere between 1 and 4am. Then dh goes on the couch to sleep and I nurse them both and we sleep in the bed until it's time to get up in the morning. People I've talked to about this think we're crazy, but it works for the entire family. On weekends when dh doesn't have to go to work, he usually sleeps in the bed with us (this is always with the dog too!). We like being together.

Yep! Both my ds's sleep with me in our big (queen) bed. Dh sleeps the the 'play room' all by himself
:LOL
Both boys have slept with me every night since the beginning...except the one night that we all stayed in the hospital after caiyan was born. Kahlil slept with dh in the big chair/sleeper thats in the room. He kept trying to crawl into bed with me and the baby though, half asleep.

I couldn't imagine sleeping any other way!

Yup, we are too. A 1 mo and a almost 3 yo. Thank god for the king size bed is all I have to say. We have a cosleeper set up but all that does is convince me that the baby won't fall too far is she rolls the other way. Which she can't, but anyway.
My big dillema is where to put them to sleep when I am not there. In the evenings when DD1 is in bed, I put the baby in the crib, but she knows that is not for her. But I don't trust her in bed with DD1 or in the cosleeper (because DD1 may try to pick her up or something) But whatever. It will rok out I guess.

We are, in a queen, with a 2 month old and 2 year old!

I discovered early on that in those first few weeks of night-time diaper changes, it was easier to be in another room. The first night we were home from the hospital, we all slept in the same (king) bed, and the baby woke the toddler so DH quieted the toddler, and the baby and I exited to a queen in the guest room. I kept wanting to try it again, but was afraid that would happen again and too sleep-deprived to risk it!

We stayed with that plan til the baby was 5 weeks old (I nursed the toddler to sleep in their bed, then DH joined her when he was ready to go to bed. She had been sleeping through the night, not waking to nurse, since I was 3 months pregnant, her own doing, very nice

Now we're visiting the in-laws for a month so we have a queen bed and a queen mattress on the floor. Still me&baby, DH&toddler, but I SO miss sleeping with and snuggling my DD! This last week, we squeezed all 4 of us into one queen 'cause I just couldn't stand for us to be separate anymore. Works amazingly well - all sleep great!

We cosleep with DD (2 yrs) on our king size mattress-on-the-floor and are expecting #2 in October. We're moving before baby is born (leaving our king behind) and planning on getting two queens to put side-by-side.

I am a bit concerned about the baby waking DD, as China Doll has described, but we don't have a spare bed so we'll have to figure something out. Maybe I'll have to move one queen into the other bedroom for a short time. But DD still nurses some nights (we're working on it) so not sure how that will work. Still, I wouldn't have it any other way than all of us (including the cat!) in the same bed!!!

We cosleep with 2. Ds#1 is 2 and ds2 is 4 weeks. We pushed a single bed and a queen bed together and bought a contraption that eliminates the crack, plus have a snug tuck pillow. All these things make cosleeping with 2 ds a breeze. I feel like we have more room than we need. dh and I love the arrangement and have no plans to change it anytime soon.

We do.
Ds starts out on a pallet on the floor and dd starts out in the co-sleeper, but both end up with us.

We have a queen.

I share my bed with my 3 year old and my 5 month old. I sleep in the middle so I can breastfeed them both just by rolling back and forth.
