AFter I first gave birth to my dd I followed a book called "Eat great, lose weight while breastfeeding." I really found it helpful.
where can you find the book at?
I bought mine from Amazon.com Here is a link for the book: http://www.amazon.ca/exec/obidos/ASI...462954-6600861

I think it's actually called Eat Well lose weight while breastfeeding. I am back to pre-pregnancy weight due to this book and walking away the pounds videos by Leslie Sansone.
I also really like the book Volumetrics Weight Control. It has great tips and advice for eating healthy with more fiber to lose weight.
Thanks
I do weight watchers and it's great...I am changing my lifestyle rather than dieting just to lose weight...I have lost 28lbs since December...it's averaging a lb a week...Ihave 15 more to go...
I did well on Weight Watchers in the past (pre-wedding, pre-baby) and have been considering going back to it again now that things have normalized some around our house.
You get a certain number of points based on how much you weigh, and if you're BFing you get to add ten points per day to that amount.

I agree, I like that it's more of a lifestyle change than a 'diet', and though they push the artificial sweeteners and diet sodas a bit, really it's up to you to make good choices and spend your 'points' wisely.

I went on WW and lost 25 lbs. pre-wedding/baby. DH and I just started again this week. You have to become a member to get the info. but if your sister has it, just ask her for it and add 10 pts. to your range. We got the info from a friend and just do weigh-ins here at home
