I do drink the "floaties" in my kombucha, mostly because they're hard to avoid. But taking a bite out of the scoby seems a little weird...

I just wonder because it seems good logic that drinking kombucha with those in it is so good for you, what if you were in really bad shape, would eating the mothers do even more? Or would it overload your system?
