Mine, early this morning, was seriously beautiful. I was alone--I honestly don't know if everyone else was in another room or actually not home. Just me

It was this perfect Orgasmic Birth scene or something--*I* caught...my own babies. Twin girls. Full term, beautiful little 6ish pound babies that weren't even all wrinkly or strange head shapes or anything. With the dark eyes and already with curly hair like the others. Don't ask ME what I did with the first one before the second...

I know I'm not having twins...I've seen a US at 8 weeks, 5 days with ONE baby on it. CPM found my ONE heartbeat. I think it's just that I feel gigantic this time and I think I look huge already,

but I seriously hope the girl part is right cause that is what the kids want. right down to my 3 yr. old DD asking for "a sister in a butterfly outfit" and my 5 1/2 yr old DS telling people HE knows what the baby is, it is a GIRL. (yes, I actually *have* bought a newborn winter-appropriate butterfly outfit...I couldn't resist, it was on a rummage sale for less than 2 bucks and NEW condition.)

anyone else had a dream about their baby?

and....*gulp* anyone ever had, or heard of someone's early US not finding twins??

Had my first dream about the baby 2 nights ago. Have had lots of other weird dreams, but this was the first actual baby one. What freaked me out about it? Little baby was in her carseat and I was pregnant with another! No way, not happening!!!!!!
(but I liked the girl part )

Awesome! I love those sort of dreams!

I had a really fantastic dream, just once so far, and in it, I found out our baby is definitely a girl. Obviously, I don't know if the dream was right, but it was the whole theme of the dream. It was one of those that felt super real and amazing. So, we'll see! We won't find out till birth (even though in the dream I found out at an u/s).

With my last baby, I had a really sweet dream about birthing on my own, with everyone else elsewhere in the house and unaware. I loved that one! I told my MW that's how I wanted my birth to be - not a lot of people, intimate, etc. Turned out it went so fast my boys and mom didn't make it! So I kind of got what I wanted - DH, me, and the MW. (Oh and my dream that time I think was a girl, too, but my DS wasn't!)

I had a dream the other night that dh and I were watching a video of the baby in utero (not an ultrasound exactly - better quality), and it definitely had a penis! I know dh and ds would love to have another boy, but dh's family tends to produce girls (ds is the only boy on that side of the family out of 8 grandchildren). We'll see, I guess.

I had a dream early on in this pregnancy (right around the time of the pos test) and I had her alone in my bed ... I could feel the head crowning and I named her Maya Grace. (Which is not the name we have picked out for this little one, so it was really strange).

I've had vivid dreams, but so far only had the baby in it.

The upside was that it was a girl, which is what I've been feeling/hoping since I found out I was pregnant.

The downside was that it was a really ugly baby that looked like a brunette orangutan.

But I was perfectly fine with this, and thrilled that she breastfed easily and slept well and was a total angel, except for looking like an orangutan.

It's oddly comforting. I've always said that I wouldn't be ready to be a parent until I would love a baby even if it were ugly, so I suppose this is my mind's way of telling me that I really can be a good parent. And I do like the idea that it really is a girl...

But most of all I like that she breastfed and we got along. That was a big relief.

I had a strange dream like that once too with one of mine...the baby was really small, funny looking, and had that orange orangutan colored hair. And it was a girl.

I had dreams with both DS1 and DD with nothing 'really weird' where he was a boy and she was a girl. I honestly don't remember with DS2 if I had one or not.

I have also had dreams about other people's babies, and I have yet to be wrong....soooooo.........I *really* hope this is not a first. The kids are absolutely convinced it is a girl....

I only dreamed about being pregnant and seeing the outline of the baby stretching out my stomach. But very exaggerated, more than would actually happen. I want to know if it is a boy or a girl so I can start picking up some clothing and decide what color to paint the room. The room will be shared with my son so I was leaning toward turquoise anyway.
