I've started getting hit with first trimester sleepies. It's really bad timing, as I'm at the end of the book I'm writing and bah... really bad timing! It seems to come in waves. I get one in the morning, then late afternoon, then right before bed.

Yup, me too! Just started today really - the distinctive sleepy-even-though-I-got-a-good-night's-sleep hitting a wall late morning and again mid-afternoon. I'm so thankful for any symptoms though it's not bothering me so far. ;)

Wifey is really sleepy already also...I wake early, maybe 7 or 8am, and she is passed out hard still, till noon, lol I usually try to get the housecleaning stuff done etc...while she sleeps. Then I have to bribe her out of bed with food and stuff ;) Jk. I agree with the above poster, I am thankful for any symptoms she has...Makes everything feel "okay" kwim?

I am SOOOOO tired. Work has been extra busy and stressful too. I feel like I am going to fall asleep on the way home from work everyday. It sucks. I can't wait until this part is over!

Yes - definitely getting sleepy - like right now as I'm trying to get some paperwork done for work. Usually just for an hour or two in the late morning/early afternoon during the day though. But soooo sleepy - like I can't even keep my eyes open.

I'm super duper sleepy. And it's bad because I just took the bar exam last week and took a bunch of time off work and wasn't super focused on work beforehand, so I already feel like I owe my coworkers for picking up on my slack. And now I just want to crawl under my desk and take a nap!

Soooo tired, not sleeping well at night, yawning all day long. I don't remember being this tired so early in my other pregnancies, but I didn't know as early as I do this time so maybe I was just as tired, but just thought I was extra tired.

My kids actually let me take a nap! I can't believe it! I went in to join my two year old in a nap and she woke up. I asked her to please stay with me so I could take a nap and just quietly watch t.v. and she did! My four year old was the one who woke me up! I'm so shocked! And grateful. I really needed that nap.

I thought I had the flu for two months straight with my first, lol, because I didn't know I was pregnant that long! I was just sleeping day and night and wondering when I was going to get better. I was all sad that I couldn't get pregnant and had no idea that I was 4 weeks late for my period ;)

Sleepy here too! I couldn't keep my eyes open by 8:30 last night and I'm usually a night owl. It's been hitting me the last few days around 10 in the morning and again in the afternoon. Oh, and after I eat. Chocolate seems to help though.

Yeah, it's been coming and going for me. Some nights I sleep 12 hours, some I sleep a normal (for me) 8 or 9 and feel good. This morning I woke up to the smell of delicious pork chops cooking (yup, my husband made pork chops for breakfast), got up, ate a pork chop and some potatoes, and went back to bed. I slept for another 2 hours . . . and I had already gotten 10 hours of sleep when I got up the first time. But it's not every day for me.
