I got a new diaper today - a SP size 1. We have had a SP size 2 before and sold it b/c it was too big. Never got around to trying a 1 until now. It fits perfectly! It is so trim and neat looking. I just love it.

So of course, I am looking at my stash thinking, oh, how nice it would be to have a dozen SP1. I like them so much more than this and that and that. Must restructure stash! Rid myself of pesky prefolds, do away with MEOS, etc. etc.

I hate it when this happens! As much as I love to love a new diaper, I hate that it makes me want more of them, and sell the stuff I have been doing fine with!

Anyone else want to totally re-do their stash when they find a new diaper that works well, even when their current stash is fine??

Yeah, like pretty much every time I get a new diaper that fits well!! I just sold most all my fitteds as I found myself always reaching for CPFs. Now I won't even let myself look or order any diapers other than CPFs for fear that I will now want to sell all of them and buy more fitteds!

Guilty. I started with fitteds. Then decided that AIO's were the way to go. Then I chose a specific AIO. I liked it. Then I found another that I liked better. NOW, I found yet another that I like BEST. rofl. The only thing is that I do not have the money to buy lots of the ones I like best.
As it is, i still don't have enough cloth dipes to cd full time. It's frustrating. I want enough AIO's to last me 3 days. Is that asking too much?! rofl.

Where's a fairy when you need her?

Yup, that's me. That's why I very rarely try anything new and generally stick to my favorites.

I definetly know how you feel, its not always a certain type, because I love all my diapers, fitteds, aios, prefolds, they are all great. But I definetly want to redo my stash for cute diapers. Especially boy prints, good thing they are hard to come by. I like to keep the variety, so it all works out.

Yah I am right now on a fitted and wool cover kick cause so few of my AIO's fit around emma's thighs anymore... She's too tiny and they leak! Wish I could afford to do more but I got to stop for a while.

I just did this! I have had an SOS for close to a year but was never crazy about it. Suddenly a few months ago I put it on Maxi and though "this is the best diaper ever!" I also tried a Wonderoos since I needed something simple for preschool. Well now we have 14 SOS and 16 Wonderoos and I have sold pretty much everything we used to use! I have a few other kinds of fitteds (SPs, Pinhead and some El Bees -- wish I could have just all El Bees!)

I was the same way a year ago with SPs. I got one, loved it and started collecting them til I had about 20. But like with all things the obsession faded and I moved on to something else. I have to stop doing this or I will be broke - oh wait... I already am!

I was happy with my pocket dipes until I found this board :LOL. Now I have a thing for wool and fitteds. I'm on a quest for the best fitted. This could take time

Oh, all the time! I order one or two of something "just to try it", fall in love with it, and then ignore the rest of my stash and scheme how to do away with it all. I'm a diaper whore.

:

My biggest problem is that I'll settle down for a few months and won't buy anything, and then go on a binge, buying two or three things from five or six different WAHMs. Then I end up with all this stuff, and wish that I'd only bought from one or two of my favourites.

I have never cd'd before, but will with the new baby, and I'm like that ALREADY!
I'll order something for my stash, and decide I just don't like the looks of it, so off it goes to the TP!
I'm probably getting rid of great-working dipes!
