This is for Advanced EIC, correct?

The calculations your work's payroll will do to get you the funds will automatically determine the amount, based on income and size of family. It won't be more than that max over the year, but it won't be that as a minimum. It is based on the amount of credit you are expected to get based on the amount of money earned that pay period, much the same way your taxes are estimated.

Don't forget, you have to file a new Advanced EIC form each year to keep getting it.
