Anyone else go to Dr. Hartig's practice in Cockeysville?

We've been there twice with our daughter and have another (6 weeks late) WBV on Monday. We've been pretty happy with them. They are OK with vaxing late or not vaxing, although they did try to push Hib and Prevnar. It sounded like those were the two they really urge you to get (we didn't). It's so nice knowing I'm not going to be turned over to social services for not vaccinating my baby.

ME ME ME!!! I LOVE THEM! We see Jennepher Piper CRNP there regularly, though we've seen everyone in the practice. I DO NOT like Susan Porter. She's the only one. I've seen her for over 8 years now. She also sees my daughter that is not vaxed. I just put it to them that I was thinking about it, but so far had decided not to because of our religious beleifs. When we go now, she says "Same stance on vaccines?", We say "yup, thanks for asking" and we move on to the next subject!

I'm in the area and in the market for new docs, so I'm taking note!
Do you happen to know how they are with the care of intact boys? That's a major concern of mine.

Having a girl, I'm really not sure... but they are good about EVERYTHING, so I'd imagine you'd only have to say it once. They are big on the AAP, so I'm sure they know about no retracting. If I have a boy, I will always put a note on the diaper that says "INTACT DO NOT RETRACT".

Susan is the only one we've seen. We just went in today, infact. She said the same thing - still waiting on vaccinations? - and we said yes, that we'd revisit it when preschool time comes around.

As a general rule, including my own care, I've been happy with CNP care vs. doctor care. They seem to take more time with each patient and really listen. BTW, we've never actually seen Dr. Hartig, even in passing.

We've seen dr. hartig for bella issues, as well as in passing. It also helps that I know him from a friend in high school (friend of a friend really). He loves to pick up the babies when he can, even if it's for a sick visit.
