I just got dx'd today. I've had it for some time in my toe I guess. I thought it was a bunion and ignored it because it was not at the top of my list of irritants, except once in a awhile and then it would go away. Well, my knee started bugging me a few weeks ago....

I'm not overweight, I have a family history grrr. I also have other inflammatory type issues. my gut, my bloodwork.

So, it looks like cherries are great, and the nono's seem to be very conflicting. I'm just hoping to chat with someone who is managing naturally. Mine is really very tolerable at this point so if I can get it under control even more, perhaps I can keep it ok.

I have helped other people manage it naturally, but never had to deal with it myself. I've mainly just used nutrition, homeopathy and cell salts. Good luck!

My Dh has it, his big triggers are seafood/fish and alcohol if he drinks too much. Any fish now will lead to gout very quickly for him.
