Not familiar with it, but I would compare the shell height to the snugride32/safeseat. Those go to 30lbs, and if they have a taller shell you can order one on albeebaby.com for $99.99 or get one at babies r us for $139.99. The taller shell will make the seat last longer.

I have a flex lock...I don't love it not that this is either here nor there but Baby Trend has awful customer service...really, really bad...
