This is my basic recipe- I just use it as a guideline and add whatever I want. Under the recipe are suggestions.<br>
You could sub. Molasses for the sugar and add in yams/carrots, etc. easy enough.<br>
I haven't ever used a sprouted flour, so not sure how that would work. But if it's similar in consistency to cooked grains, then just use it in place of some of the flour and reduce the milk.<br>
I never use wheat germ, just because I grind my own flour so it's fresh- Wheat flour/germ can go rancid quickly (unless you have a fresh source for your wheat germ).<br>
