http://www.bestpricetoys.com/Guidecr...l-Kitchenette/

I found a local independent toy store that will special order a kitchen for me! I looked through the catalogs and this is the one I am planning to get. I love that it's compact, natural finish and it has the feature DH insists we have on it...the microwave! It will be a little more expensive to order from the toy shop, but I would rather give my money to a small business rather than some big online place you know.

Anyway- please let me know if you've seen this one IRL and what yoy think of it. Option two is http://www.sensoryedge.com/kids-modern-ktichen.html

Don't have either. Actually, the wooden kitchen we have we got used and I don't know where it's from. The downside of the one we have is raised X's are the burners. We live in the dusty desert with lots of dogs to bring in the dust and its hard to keep clean around the raised parts.

Another kitchen that I think looks nice, though I know nothing about it, is:
http://www.amazon.com/KidKraft-53101...5025983&sr=8-1

So cute! We have the little kitchen stove and sink from A toy garden.

Here is the sink, I guess they don't sell the stove anymore.

We always live in small spaces, so it is nice to be able to put it away in the closet for a bit... but it seems to be always out.

I the one ayou posted although it's bigger than what we can fit in our little house If ToysRUs had it on stock this week, we would have bought it and made do with the space issue!

We have the sec one and love it. It is super small. Smaller then I imagined it was going to be, but it is perfect for our apartment. I totally give it two thumbs up. My son enjoys playing with it and so does the little neighbor girl (both are 2). We have one set of food (a Melissa and Doug set that you can cut up) and that is about all that fits in it. It comes with a bunch of stuff like a pot and pan and other things and it's all you really need (and can fit). So there you have it If you are hoping to purchase more cute kitchen things like a toaster or mixing bowls and such, there is no room for them. Just fyi.

don't have either, but be aware with 2 sided toys like the first kitchen you can't just put them against a wall or in a corner, they have to sort of sit in the middle of the room so the kids can access both sides. It can be kind of a PITA.
