Anyone in Frankfurt?

Hello!
I am going to be in Frankfurt, Germany for a few months (starting next week) and would love to make contact with like-minded mamas (who speak English). I am going with my DH, who is fluent, and I'm hoping to pick-up as much as possible, but I am a little concerned about feeling isolated and not having other moms to hang out with. I have one boy, who is 2 1/2. I'm also going to post on Finding your Tribe. Any other suggestions of where to post to find other moms in Frankfurt? I don't have much time so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I have already looked into LLL. The German page is in German so I need help translating. It's on my list of things to do with my DH, we just haven't had time. I also think the meeting will be in German, but I'm willing to give it a try since LLL has been a great source of support for me (I'm still nursing my soon-to-be-three yr old).

The page I just looked at had on the left side a link marked English Area. It seemed there were some English meetings but I don't know if they would be in your Area.
I have found some great friends in LLL

Sometimes i use the google translation tool to translate webpages for me. It's usually a little bit off, but it works to get the general idea of what they're saying. There's a space on that page to enter the url of the website you want to have translated.

Thanks all for the support. Good catch, Nancy. I did not notice the English page (on LLL site) and it was very helpful. It does not show a meeting in the city we'll be in but it does have leader contacts so I sent an e-mail asking the two leaders about meetings. You guys are very helpful!

Safe travelling

I have exchanged e-mails with a LLL but it appears that there are no English meetings in Frankfurt. I'm excited though. It will be quite an adventure!
