I am vbacing after 2 c/s, so this will be my first vaginal birth. Ive been thinking I'll be ok on my own, but with a male ob and a very nervous husband Im not so confident anymore.
I'll live in Orange County, NY but will be having the baby all the way in Hackensack, NJ. Its the only place I could find that would take me. Everyone else just wants to slice me open!
so.... if anyone knows a doula please let me know.

have you tried your tribal area? it's a stab in the dark that anyone here would happen to live near you and know a good doula!

Try Julie Rosen (she is in Teaneck and does births in the Northern NJ area). I just gave birth with her two weeks ago at Morristown Memorial Hospital and she was amazing. I could not recommend her highly enough.
