I have awful seasonal allergies. Well, it's not awful until I moved to this place 10 years ago. I've been tested and I'm only allergic to alder, and this place is full of alder. The season is 4 months long and the peak (pollen level is very high) lasts up to 6 weeks. There is no other pollen in the area that reach this level.
Allergy meds all work well for low to moderate pollen count. Once it hits high nothing works. I've been suffering the pollen peak for a month now.

Somehow I heard about Sterol 117 is supposed to help with allergies a lot. Does anyone have experience taking it? Where is a good source to get it? I do have coverage for naturopath, but not much time right now to go see one.
