Anyone know if any Built NY covers fit 18oz and 40oz Klean Kanteen?

I found that the 20oz Built NY neoprene fits my 27oz KK bottles perfectly so I'm thrilled about that.

However, I wonder if anyone knows if any of the Built NY covers fit the 18oz and 40oz KK bottles...
