Anyone know of a MN family in SERIOUS need?

I have NB baby girl items that are looking for a home. We are not a wealthy family, but have been very fortunate in the way of gifts and I'm looking to "pay it forward" to a family that would really benefit and be appreciative of some help. Please PM me if you know of anyone.
