anyone make the marsupial tote from s & b?

I'm looking for ideas on colors and wools. I'm not very good at visualizing end products and am terrible at making color choices (I'm like a child in a candy store with color!). I'm making the bag for my early 20-something cousin who goes out alot, so I want it to be fun. Anyone have any pics of their bags?

OM gosh! I love your bags! I didn't even think about dying. Those look great - how long did it take you to whip up? Anyone else???
I made that. Its a cute bag and a nice pattern. I used Lions Brand Fishermans wool that I dyed with tropical punch Kool-Aid. No pix though LOL!
did you use two strands like they recommend or could it be done and look the same with one strand?
I made it with Cascade 220 in a chocolate and a dark pinkish red color. I used a double strand. It was my first felting project and was highly gratifying!

Okay, imagine, for instance, that it asks you to knit two strands held together on 9mm needles using a yarn that would ordinarily be knit single stranded on 4.5mm needles. Instead you could substitute a single strand of a thicker yarn that would be knit single stranded on 9mm needles. Hope that makes sense. I made the Mason Dixon felted buttonhole bag and made just such a substitution and it felted and turned out great.
