We're not currently trying. When DD turns 1, we plan to stop preventing pregnancy. We won't, however, be trying to get pregnant either. Kind of just a whatever happens, happens attitude. I'll still be nursing at the time, so I doubt I'll get preggo. I didn't get preggo with DD until DS weaned, so I assume it will be the same next time.

So is anyone else doing the same? Even though I doubt I'll get pregnant, it's exciting to think that I might!

We're technically preventing, but I don't think either of us would care if there was a mistake. My dd is only four months old, and already I'm having baby lust again. I loved pregnancy, I love, love love being a new mom. If our financial situation wasn't deplorable I'd be totally trying to have another.

well, my dd is almost exclusively BF and AF has not returned, but most of the time we don't take any precautions. I think once AF returns we may at least do some charting, but as for now, we are just going to see what happens....

It did take 3 years to have dd, so I am not super worried either way and I am having a little pregnancy jealousy when I see the cute bellies.
