That's what we do here - covers are only on for going out, nap time and bed time.

We're the same. Covers are for sleeping and out-n-about. Unless dh has him in a pocket lol.

Ditto here - I only use covers when going out or overnight. I don't even use them for naps anymore - I just lay a changing pad cover underneath DS.

I rarely use a cover. I use them when traveling, or when going out for a long time when she might be in the carseat for a while.

Otherwise, I like to show off my cute fitteds with a matching t-shirt or sundress. When she wets, I know right away, so I change her right away into another matching (the outfit) fitted.

I love it this way!

Every day that it's warm enough here he's coverless (including at this moment). Yesterday we went to the zoo and I had him coverless the entire time (including there and back) - I loved it! We'll be doing that again!

We are generally coverless here too. I do put a cover on her when we go outside since it's kinda hard to get her inside if she's having fun. Or I make sure she's in an AIO.

Yup, I've gotten kinda lazy about putting covers on ds while at home. It's just one less thing I've got to change, and his little but is so cute crawling across the floor in just a diaper.
We've gone coverless to the post office, and no one noticed ds's cute diaper. But for longer trips I don't dare go without a cover, otherwise ds will pee or poop though the entire diaper.

In the last month my mom has bought us 2 costco size boxes of Pampers, one for my house and one for hers, so I don't "have" to use cloth all the time.

Yesterday at the zoo there were two mothers together with babies around Nathan's age and one looked at Nathan and pointed out his cute orange pants (he was wearing an orange firefly and a tee shirt). I quickly told her that it was his diaper and she didn't say another word... planted a seed perhaps?

yep, we are pretty much in an AIO or a fitted with no covers here. But my fitted stash is SOS and El bees so they are pretty absorbant and even after he has wet them it still doesn't feel very wet so I can actually catch him sooner.

We go through more dipes in a day that way, but what else do I have to do, lol?
